Service Description
Join this amazing adventure to drive into the mountains in Michoacán to enjoy this amazing adventure. The Monarchs only come here once a year from November till March. On this ocassion we will visit Sierra Chincua and the trip will be on a bus. We will meet in front on La Comer (Plaza 415), we will depart at 7:00 AM and will come back the same day and spot around 7:30 PM. At the mountain the altitude will be around 10,450 ft over the sea level, the weather is cooler than ground level so bring warm and comfortable clothes and shoes. In case you requiere special medication, please also be sure to bring it with you. Other recommendations are to bring some cash, they won´t take credit cards at the mountain, also bring a copy of your ID. In case you decide to bring your wallet with official ID´s, be sure to bring a secure pocket on your pants, jacket or backpack. Be sure to bring snacks, water with you as well. The ride from San Miguel into the Monarchs takes about 4 hours each way.
